Come and Get It – Masculine Theme

Over at Come and Get It this week we are shifting our attention to the males in our lives and creating something for them.

Sometimes it can be a struggle to create a masculine card so this is a great challenge to get some ideas!

Card: Island Indigo, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla
Ink: Early Espresso
Accessories:  Naturals Designer Buttons, Silver Glitter Paper, Scallop Edge Punch, Festival of Prints DSP Pack, Linen Thread,Dimensionals, SNAIL Adhesive

One for the Boys Challenge

I find it hard to think of a layout or theme for a male card so our new challenger over at Crafty Creations has helped me add a new card to my stash with our “One for the Boys” Challenge.

I have used an image from the retired Seaworthy Stamp set and created a boarder around the image with the Labels Collection Framelits.

The panel on the left side has been created with the Stripes Embossing Folder.

Here is my card

Stamp set: Seaworthy, Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Card: Cherry Cobbler, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla
Ink: Soft Suede
Accessories:  Labels Collection Framelits, Modern Label Punch, Stripes Embossing Folder, Word Window Punch, Dimensionals, SNAIL Adhesive

Another simple layout but the sailing boat is a great centre image.

Need some more inspiration to create a male themed card?  Then please come and visit us over at Crafty Creations!

Thanks for visiting…..Meg
