CAGI Clean and Simple

Hi everyone,

Hope you are having a great weekend, we have had a lovely Summer’s day here in Sydney and the heat has been reduced with the Summer’s breeze.

We have a new challenge over at Come and Get It and this week we are challenging your clean and simple skills.  So CAS (Clean and Simple) is the theme.

If you love CAS or maybe you are up for a challenge to create something CAS then please join our challenge and show us your creations.

The colours of my card are Coastal Cabana and Very Vanilla and the sentiment is from the Chalk Talk stamp set.  The flicks of colour are from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set and there is of course some butterflies which I have layered.

Here is my card:

I tried to line up the flicks of colours so that they lined up on the Very Vanilla.

I really like the two colours together and you could re-create this card in some many colour combos.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenged:

Drunken Stampers Challenge - #157 Anything Goes

Crafty Catz Challenge - #216 Anything Goes

Delicious Doodles Challenge - #73 Die Cuts and/or Punches

Totally Paper Crafts Challenge - #204 Clean and Simple

Word Art Wednesday Challenge - #117 Anything Goes

Thank you for visiting, see you next time.

Meg

Keeping to two colors only is a great idea for CAS designs. I like how you layered this card, still keeping a clean look. It's a beautiful card!

Aww, this is awesome. Perfect aqua green and white combo. I love it a lot! So delighted you shared your artwork with us at Word Art Wednesday. Want to leave you with a verse coming from 1 John 5:4 which says, "For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith." Have a blessed week!
